- Follow-up and monitoring of compliance with the regulatory and normative framework of OHADA.
- Corporate officer (non-executive) appointed on the Boards of Directors of local companies.
- Participation and/or support to SHEC (Safety, Health, Environment and Community) Committees of the Boards of Directors of local companies or parent companies.
