strategies designed to maximize the positive impact of projects on local populations and in line with
the objectives, expectations and requirements of stakeholders and national governments, with particular
expertise in the following areas:
- Development and implementation of local sourcing strategies, with an emphasis on the immediate project impact zone.
- Development and implementation of training and recruitment strategies for local labor prior to the construction and operation phases of the projects in order for the project to fill a maximum number of permanent semi-skilled and skilled positions with candidates from the immediate project impact zone.
- Audit and review of current CSR and Local Content policies and programs and recommendations for improvement.
- Contribution to the contents of Pre-feasibility Studies, Final Bankable Feasibility Study and Environmental and Social Impact Studies (ESIA).
- Stakeholder engagement and constituency building on the Local Content objective.
